David has practiced law in downtown Vancouver for over 20 years. He obtained a history degree from Simon Fraser University in 1997 and a law degree from University of British Columbia in 2002. He was formerly a partner at a large national law firm and has always focused exclusively on litigation. David is dedicated to resolving complex legal issues in accordance with his client’s stated goals and expectations. David works with clients to deliver a cost efficient legal strategy that will successfully resolve their specific dispute. David represents both large and small companies as well as individuals. He has strong expertise in civil and corporate litigation, employment law, shareholder and partnership disputes and insurance matters.

In his spare time, David enjoys cycling and playing and coaching ice hockey.
